My scope at Capri Global
I own product direction and delivery across GAIA, the loan origination system, and Athena, the Personal Discussion mobile app. These products support a Micro-LAP journey in which sales, field, credit, risk and operations teams each need the right information at the right step.
My role includes turning policy and business decisions into product requirements, defining maker and checker actions, mapping exception and sendback paths, and working with engineering and operations through release and adoption. I focus on the case as it moves across teams, rather than optimising one screen in isolation.
Athena supports field assessment work such as questionnaires, business and collateral photographs, income assessment inputs and property information. In GAIA, the same journey continues through review, approvals and disbursement. The details of internal controls and customer data stay out of this public portfolio.
The product decision behind the workflow
Loan turnaround can grow when a case waits for clarification, repeats entry or returns to the wrong owner. Removing checks would make a screen appear faster while creating risk or rework later. I map the handoffs, identify the information needed for each decision and make exception ownership explicit.
That means working with credit, risk, sales, operations and engineering on both the usual path and the cases that need a deviation, additional evidence or a sendback. I look at turnaround alongside rework and adoption to see whether a change improves the complete lending journey.
These are rounded figures already presented in my portfolio. They describe the broader journey and operating scale; they are not attributed to a single feature.
Collections and field execution
My Capri Global work also includes products for field collections. I connected route planning, collection histories and promise-to-pay tracking in a field app and management portal. The aim was to give agents more time for customer visits while giving managers useful execution visibility.
The portfolio reports about 20% higher visit capacity, with more than 1,200 field agents and about 28,000 monthly collection cases supported. Visit capacity is the outcome I report for routing; recovery performance needs separate evidence.
Experience behind the product work
Before Capri Global, I worked across growth analytics at CARS24, CRM and booking journeys at Stanza Living, and customer support analysis at Zomato. Those roles shaped how I use funnel data, frontline feedback and operational constraints to make product decisions.
I’m interested in Senior Product Manager and Group Product Manager roles across fintech, lending, payments, data platforms and AI-enabled products. My career timeline and five project notes provide the fuller history and reported outcomes.
